      Job Description: As a Technical Project Manager in our Data Services division, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple data-centric programs and projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and facilitating collaboration across various teams. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the execution of projects, from initiation through completion, while also handling the influx of requests from other teams requiring data services support.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex data services projects, ensuring they meet established time, cost, and quality standards.
      • Act as a liaison between the data services team and other departments, effectively managing and prioritizing external asks and resource allocation.
      • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
      • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring they are escalated appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.
      • Foster a collaborative environment, facilitating communication and effective problem-solving among cross-functional teams.
      • Drive continuous process improvements within the project management framework and data services operations.
      • Contribute to the strategic planning of data initiatives, aligning project objectives with business goals.


      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
      • 4+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on large-scale, high-impact projects in technology or financial services.
      • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
      • Strong understanding of data management, database technologies, and software development life cycles.
      • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for nurturing relationships across teams and disciplines.
      • Deep expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and advanced reporting frameworks.
      • Expert in an Agile environment and delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.


      PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

      • Project Delivery: Proven experience managing complex data-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
      • Scrum Master Expertise: Demonstrated experience acting as a Scrum Master, leading Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), removing blockers, and coaching teams to continuously improve delivery practices.
      • Agile Methodologies: Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to foster an agile mindset across cross-functional teams.
      • Data-Centric Project Oversight: Strong understanding of how data flows through systems and how it supports business operations, even without being hands-on with coding or architecture.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working across departments (engineering, analytics, product, compliance) to align on goals, gather requirements, and ensure smooth project execution.
      • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
      • Tools Proficiency: Comfortable using project and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms to manage backlogs, track progress, and communicate status.
      • Problem Solving & Risk Management: Experienced in identifying risks early, proactively addressing issues, and escalating when necessary to avoid blockers in delivery.
      • Continuous Improvement: Committed to evaluating and improving delivery processes through retrospectives, feedback loops, and collaboration with team members and leadership.


      Compensation and Benefits:
      • Compensation range - $ 75,000 - $100,000

      Traditional Physical Requirements
