- Lead the end-to-end implementation of testRigor's automation platform for Pilot and New customers.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with QA teams, developers, and DevOps to integrate testRigor into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify risks and proactively address potential roadblocks in the implementation process.
- Act as a liaison between Sales/CS and Engineering during onboarding
- Collaborate with customer security teams to help to setup tunneling/security
- Advise customers on security and solutions
- Interact with Engineering to make sure things are setup
- Work closely with new customers to analyze their test automation needs and define technical requirements.
- Assist in designing customized automation strategies using testRigor's codeless testing framework.
- Provide best practices for integrating testRigor with the customer's existing tech stack.
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers during onboarding and implementation.
- Create detailed implementation guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.
- Guide customers in configuring test scripts, test environments, and execution settings within testRigor.
- Assist with API and database validations using testRigor's capabilities.
- Help integrate testRigor with enterprise CI/CD workflows and DevOps pipelines.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to test execution, AI-driven test maintenance, and integrations.
- Work closely with the engineering and support teams to escalate and resolve complex customer challenges during onboarding and implementation.
- Ensure smooth transition to ongoing customer support teams.
- Gather customer feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of testRigor's platform.
- Work with the engineering team to suggest new features and enhancements based on customer needs.
- Stay updated on test automation trends, AI advancements, and CI/CD best practices.
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Software
- 4+ years of experience in similar role
- Experience with a system integrator as a Project Manager
- Experience in lieu of education may be considered
- Strong understanding of test automation and QA processes
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Knowledge of API testing, database validation, and web/mobile app testing
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, cloud services, and test management tools
- Strong communication skills for technical training and customer engagement
- Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results on-time
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise
