      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead complex, cross-functional projects to enhance and scale the data infrastructure
      - Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to translate business needs into data solutions
      - Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritization while managing the backlog and tech debt
      - Track cross-team dependencies and coordinate external communications during incidents
      - Clarify and evolve the data roadmap, removing blockers to ensure reliable delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of technical project management experience
      - Industry experience in SaaS, healthcare, or high-growth startup environments
      - Strong familiarity with AWS data services and modern data stack components
      - Proven experience leading cross-functional data projects involving various teams
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Data Science
      - 4 years focused on data platform, data warehousing, or analytics engineering initiatives
      - Certifications in AWS or data tools like dbt or Snowflake
      - Experience delivering projects in healthcare tech or regulated data environments
      - 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS data services and modern data stack tools
