What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement high-quality requirement roadmaps aligned with modernization strategy
- Manage end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver market-ready solutions
- Define and analyze metrics to measure and benchmark solution success
- Lead backlog planning and prioritize tasks to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in roles such as Technical Lead, Design Lead, or Technical Product Manager
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures
- Excellent business-level communication skills and ability to facilitate stakeholder dialogues
- Database knowledge including SQL and NoSQL, with an understanding of data relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate effectively with the scrum team
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with UX research and usability studies to influence product design
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
