What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary project manager and liaison between the employer and client stakeholders
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables with the RPA delivery team in India
- Act as a business analyst to gather, document, and validate process requirements and migration objectives
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely communication and escalation
- Track and report on progress, deliver weekly status updates, and facilitate sprint planning or scrum calls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with at least 2 years managing automation or software implementation projects
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, preferably with exposure to UiPath environments
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in working with offshore teams
- Experience acting as a business analyst to gather functional requirements and define technical deliverables
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification
- Familiarity with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, or automation pipelines
- Experience managing projects with hybrid onshore-offshore models
- Background in managing infrastructure or platform migration efforts
