What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client engagements involving data analysis and technical development
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and develop tailored solutions
- Manage core delivery teams and multiple work streams from planning to successful project delivery
- Ensure project requirements are clear, understandable, and testable
- Mentor project teams and facilitate critical communications among stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a technical focus and/or analytical modeling components
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SDLC, PMI, and Agile
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with expertise in data architecture and modeling
- Ability to communicate effectively and present to senior leadership/executives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing vendors
- Familiarity with BI/Analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Knowledge of DevOps tools/processes
- Experience in the Automotive industry
- Strong working knowledge of application development in cloud environments
