- Current (active) DOE "Q" or DoD TS
- Expert SharePoint developer and/or administrator
- Expert with PowerShell and Power Automate
- Fluent with M365, especially with administrative functions
- Experience in US government (agency) as a contractor
- A minimum of 5-8 years of work experience with SharePoint
- Experience moving large amounts of data between O365, .csv, and other formats
- Customer centric/focused
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with records management
- Familiarity with the specifics that the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requires of U.S. government agencies
- Setting up/managing new SP sites (not uncommon to set up > 25 sites a day)
- Maintenance of very large volumes of data (records) for an agency
- Manage an M365 shared mailbox
- Experience with AvePoint and deployment in production environments
Job Title: Technical Records Management Specialist
Location: Remote, but must be willing to work US East Coast hours (i.e., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET).

Position Summary
Business Integra Inc. is seeking a Technical Records Management Specialist with advanced SharePoint expertise to support a federal government customer. This role is ideal for a technical professional who excels in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 technologies and is interested in applying those skills to enterprise records management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, administering, and maintaining SharePoint environments, managing large volumes of enterprise data, automating business processes, and supporting records management initiatives. While prior records management experience is beneficial, candidates with exceptional SharePoint expertise and a willingness to learn records management principles are strongly encouraged to apply.
