What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full-cycle recruiting and manage the candidate experience for assigned roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop interview plans
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring effective communication with partners and candidates
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-7 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
- Proven experience recruiting engineers and technical talent in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Excellent communication skills, organization, and stakeholder management
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with evolving recruiting processes and best practices
- Experience in representing company culture during recruitment efforts
- Knowledge of technical roles to screen candidates effectively
