      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular onsite and virtual meetings with clients to understand their business goals and workforce challenges
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within IT, engineering, and executive domains
      - Source, screen, and present candidates for various roles across technical domains
      - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job intake to onboarding
      - Build and maintain trusted client relationships and ensure high contractor performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, account management, or business development within the staffing industry
      - Strong understanding of IT and engineering functions, staffing models, and market dynamics
      - Proven ability to build client relationships and close new business
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
      - Results-driven mindset with a passion for solving hiring challenges

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract staffing, corp-to-corp recruiting, and margin management
      - Familiarity with executive search or high-level talent acquisition
      - Demonstrated success in growing accounts through cross-selling and strategic partnerships
      - Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies
