      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Track and enhance hiring pipelines to ensure a smooth recruitment process
      - Adapt to evolving recruitment needs, considering factors like in-person vs. remote work and technical abilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting for technical roles
      - Proven experience sourcing and hiring engineers, project managers, or similar positions
      - Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms like Workable
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a technical mindset
      - Ability to communicate clearly and directly in writing
