      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media
      - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates across multiple IT roles
      - Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' technical fit and cultural alignment
      - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviewing and offer negotiation
      - Track recruiting metrics and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience recruiting in professional services, consulting, or technology-driven environments
      - Strong understanding of technical roles, including software engineering, data science, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity
      - Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for technical positions
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging candidates and advising hiring managers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies
      - Knowledge of best practices in candidate assessment and interviewing
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

      - Negotiation skills for closing offers and managing candidate expectations
