What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own full-cycle recruiting for various engineering roles, from kickoff through to hire
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional technical talent
- Collaborate with engineers to understand technology and effectively communicate the company's mission
- Maintain clear communication to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to team success through shared pipelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical or engineering disciplines
- Proven ability to engage and hire top engineering talent across multiple domains
- Strong experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies for passive talent
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
