      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute full-cycle recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire technical and professional positions
      - Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and the employer's applicant tracking system (ATS)
      - Screen candidates for technical qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment
      - Present qualified candidates to Account Managers with accurate and relevant summaries
      - Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes in alignment with client and company standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in any field
      - 1-5 years of experience in technical recruiting; staffing agency experience strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to identify, engage, and close candidates for technical, engineering, or IT positions
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail
