What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a workload of 25+ requisitions simultaneously, adjusting for role complexity and hiring volume
- Lead execution activities including search strategy, candidate research, and assessment
- Develop and maintain candidate management processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- Collaborate with business partners to understand recruitment needs and objectives
- Craft and implement tailored recruiting strategies based on specific business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search environment with a focus on technical recruiting
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate complex organizational issues
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional written communication skills to effectively convey candidate and assignment narratives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Workday
- Strong emotional intelligence and consultative presence
- Proven track record of candidate conversion and marketing the employer as an employer of choice
- Ability to initiate and cultivate authentic relationships throughout the organization
