What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, recruit, and connect skilled veterans with automotive technician career opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships and engage with veteran organizations
- Promote career opportunities within the automotive industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers and industry partners to fulfill recruitment needs
- Utilize problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting is preferred
- Familiarity with automotive and mechanical military job roles is a plus
- Understanding of the technical skills required for automotive technician roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with veterans and industry partners
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with veterans or in military recruitment
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its technical requirements
- Strong collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams
