What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering & research)
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies
- Source and engage top talent across North America
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
- Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably hiring for engineering and research roles
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, distributed systems) and ability to speak credibly with technical candidates
- Proven success hiring for North America-based roles in competitive markets
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to leverage innovative sourcing methods across various channels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience hiring for startups, especially in AI or deep tech industries
- Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruiting analytics platforms
- Comfortable adapting quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
