      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for highly skilled roles in cybersecurity, privacy, and IT architecture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition professional
      - Demonstrated experience recruiting for complex technical roles, particularly in cybersecurity and IT architecture
      - Proven ability to execute quick-turn hires under tight timelines
      - Strong sourcing skills across various channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
      - Ability to work independently in a part-time or contract capacity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with federal government contracts and government-adjacent organizations
      - Familiarity with building or refining recruiting workflows and processes
