What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and attract top talent to accelerate the mission of the employer
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to enhance candidate quality in the interview pipeline
- Execute strategies for sourcing, referrals, and first-round candidate screenings
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through high-touch coordination efforts
- Adapt to ambiguity by building structure where necessary in recruitment processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deeply motivated by the mission to transform computer science education
- Minimum of 3 years of Talent Engagement experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Product Management, or Data Science
- Strong relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like Gem, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and G Suite
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and interviewer compliance
