What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own end-to-end recruiting for product, design, and engineering roles
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews effectively
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, profiles, and hiring priorities
- Manage candidates and hiring workflows using Lever (ATS)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience for product, design, and/or engineering roles
- Proven experience sourcing technical and product-adjacent talent
- Hands-on experience using an ATS; experience with Lever is a plus
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
- Excellent communication skills, both clear and professional

- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms
- Background in technology or software development roles
- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
