      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand team needs
      - Source and attract top technical talent through various channels
      - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates
      - Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle
      - Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
      - 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, particularly for engineers and data scientists
      - Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting within a fast-paced technical environment
      - Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology
      - Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates
      - Familiarity with HR processes and labor laws
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
      - Strong collaboration skills
