What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a technical sales expert, specializing in applications and processes within focused markets
- Grow existing customer relationships and proactively develop new accounts
- Provide input for forecasting and strategic planning for assigned products and markets
- Maintain opportunities, contacts, and accounts in CRM while ensuring accurate purchase order details
- Plan travel to customer facilities for evaluations, relationship building, and sales presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Sales Engineer in a capital equipment company or OEM/Integrator
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer relationships
- Must maintain a current passport and have a valid driver's license

- Demonstrated history of capital equipment sales resulting in growth in the building materials and concrete industries
- Ability to interpret drawings, flow diagrams, and P&IDs
- Ambitious, motivated, and persistent with a positive attitude
- Confidence in making sales presentations and engaging with clients
- Open to directions and mentoring, with a knack for original ideas
