What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and expand business opportunities with direct and indirect sales channels
- Build trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solar energy solutions
- Manage time and territory efficiently to maximize customer engagement and impact
- Monitor solar market and industry trends through collaboration and research
- Negotiate and execute customer-specific project contracts in collaboration with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of sales or commercial experience in an industrial B2B environment; solar energy experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and commercial audiences
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems for managing sales funnels and forecasting
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
