What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a technical sales expert in products and services offered by the employer
- Increase sales by expanding the existing customer base and developing new accounts
- Provide forecasting and strategic planning input for product lines and markets
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, contacts, and accounts in the CRM system
- Plan and execute customer visits to evaluate opportunities and conduct sales presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Sales Engineer in a capital equipment company or OEM/Integrator
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams

- Demonstrated history of capital equipment sales resulting in significant growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Confidence in making sales presentations and engaging with clients
