What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide world-class customer service to Holley customers across all brands
- Answer customer inquiries related to product and technical questions
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Document and report any technical or quality issues to product teams
- Provide suggestions for new products based on customer feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be an automotive enthusiast with some technical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- An ASE certificate, vocational certificate, or 2-year degree in an automotive field is a plus
- Computer skills required, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with automotive products and technical specifications
