      osition: Remote Sales Representative - Corrugated Packaging & Capital Equipment
      Locations (must live within 100 miles):
      • Boston, MA
      • Syracuse, NY
      • Phoenix, AZ
      • Houston, TX
      • Columbus, OH
      • Cleveland, OH (Box Sales)
      • Starkville, MS (Box Sales)
      • Milwaukee, WI (Box Sales)
      • Lake Geneva, WI (Box Sales)


      Candidates must reside within 100 miles of one of the listed locations. The closer, the better!

      Work Arrangement:
      • Fully remote
      • Laptop, company phone, corporate card, and mileage reimbursement provided

      Compensation:
      • Base salary commensurate with experience
      • Eligible for 100% commission once base threshold is met
      • Expected transition to full commission within 24 months (or sooner, if desired)

      Eligibility Requirements:
      • U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
      • No current or future visa sponsorship required


      Who We're Looking For:

      We're seeking motivated sales professionals with a proven track record in corrugated packaging or capital equipment sales (for positions marked "box"). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with solid B2B sales experience and the drive to thrive in a commission-driven role.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Adapt to market conditions and business drivers that influence long-term commercial strategies
      • Leverage internal resources to stay ahead of competitive and industry trends
      • Evaluate and adjust pricing within accounts to drive profitable collaboration
      • Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts aligned with market demand
      • Achieve and exceed KPIs across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
      • Track profitability against budget and analyze monthly financial performance
      • Negotiate and manage multi-year contractual agreements

      Requirements
      • 3-5 years of corrugated packaging sales experience
      • Box locations require experience in capital equipment sales
      • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience
      • Strong presentation skills for both internal and client-facing communication
      • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
