What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within potential customer accounts
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on Seraseq reference materials
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and track sales activities
- Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a biological field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Genomics, Biochemistry); Master's or Ph.D. preferred
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and related molecular biology techniques
- Prior experience in technical sales, account management, or customer-facing scientific support
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a broad audience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant biological field
- Experience in the clinical diagnostics or biopharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to assay validation and quality control
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
