What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct technical site audits on websites with up to 5 million URLs, diagnosing underlying technical issues
- Prioritize recommendations based on their potential impact on clients' businesses
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with developers to determine practical fixes and develop project roadmaps
- Mentor and coach Technical SEO Associates in their skill development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience managing multiple Technical SEO projects for medium to enterprise-level clients in a digital agency
- Strong technical SEO expertise, including knowledge of canonicalization, sitemaps, and crawl budget
- Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog and Oncrawl
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on large sites, employing AI where appropriate
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and conditional functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Experience in e-commerce and international website management
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear manner
