      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Hire, train, lead, and coach outside sales representatives while setting account strategies and creating sales plans
      - Present district sales results, forecasts, and strategies to district and regional leaders regularly
      - Manage sales team to achieve minimum established KPIs and maximize territory revenues
      - Develop targeting tools and customer campaigns in alignment with regional strategy
      - Collaborate with district operations leaders to ensure execution of sales plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent additional experience required
      - 7+ years of outside sales experience
      - 5+ years of directly managing staff
      - Strong understanding of the environmental services industry
      - Prior experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software tools
