What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the expert in automation, informatics, and digital health solutions to support technical sales and solution design
- Conduct training programs and competency assessments for the Technical Solution Design team
- Develop and implement tools that enhance Technical Solution Design excellence and competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product development
- Create and deliver comprehensive training documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing among regional teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical sales or solution selling of automated diagnostics systems and related technologies
- Hands-on experience in clinical laboratory operations and workflows
- Proficiency in data analysis for load balancing and performance optimization using relevant tools
- Experience in developing training programs and implementing adult learning strategies
