      Technical Solutions Sales Manager

      Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

      We are searching for a Remote Data Center Solutions Manager (Technical Solutions Sales Manager) that will be responsible for sales and business development Mission Critical Environment's Subzero Engineering product line.

      • Directly Develop business in Southeastern States, through meeting with End-Users, Design Build Contractors and Architects as well as through educating and supporting local Dealers/Installers.
      • Manage and Support Dealer/Installer network, as well as develop new Dealers and representatives.
        Forecast Sales for the Region utilizing input from regional representatives, dealers, and construction databases.
      • Hands On: Able to assist with onsite Technical or Installation Support and onsite inspections
      • Create scope of work and specifications to meet customer's requirements
      • Clearly communicate with customers and design team though email, proposals and phone.

      Required Experience:
      • Requires travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices. 40/50%
      • Computer skills: Proficient Typing Skills, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
      • Background with EPR systems. Infor is what we are using.
      • Able to learn Salesforce/CRM, Dodge and CAD Viewing programs.
      • Attend regional Trade Shows.

      Required Qualifications:

      Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably with data centers.
      Travel: Must be willing to travel to support local dealers, educate architects and end-users, visit job sites, and attend training/meetings at corporate offices.
      Computer Skills: Proficient in typing and using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
      Ability to learn and utilize Salesforce/CRM, Dodge, and CAD viewing programs.
      Trade Shows: Attend regional trade shows as required.
      Residency: Must live within the designated territory.
