      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and clarify business rules from various internal teams
      - Design and develop rule logic for integration into the Business Rules Management System (BRMS)
      - Conduct deployment and testing of rules in a test environment to ensure accuracy
      - Maintain and update documentation associated with each rule, producing impact reports and analyses
      - Collaborate with teams across the organization to support end user needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field strongly preferred
      - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent
      - Basic coding skills with knowledge of SQL, Java, or other programming languages
      - Experience analyzing large datasets and auditing payment inaccuracies
      - Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with tools such as Access, HUE, Datameer, Power BI, or SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
      - Experience with complex business rules, particularly with products like DROOLS in RedHat Decision Manager
      - At least 1 year of internal experience within the employer
