What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide remote technical support for Malvern Panalytical products across the AMEC region
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to software, hardware, and scientific instrumentation
- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while collaborating with Tier 3 specialists for complex cases
- Document support cases thoroughly and accurately in accordance with established SOPs
- Conduct product training sessions for field personnel and customers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across software, hardware, and scientific instrumentation
- Experience providing customer support via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Willingness to occasionally travel for onsite support, installations, or training
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a customer-first mindset
- Proactive in maintaining certifications, training, and technical expertise
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in providing technical support for scientific instrumentation
- Familiarity with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support protocols
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of documentation practices in technical support
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams
