      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor website availability and respond to alerts, resolving issues or escalating them as necessary
      - Provide support communications for customer issues
      - Collaborate with team leadership to understand roles and provide daily status updates
      - Perform quality assurance testing to ensure error-free applications and products
      - Evaluate digital program performance and prepare analytical reports for internal and external use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to work independently and complete tasks without direct supervision
      - Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Understanding of website technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      - U.S. permanent residency and a clear criminal background

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
      - Previous experience in PA state government or other government roles
