      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support via phone and email for cytology and molecular products, including troubleshooting instruments, reagents, and software
      - Document customer interactions in the CRM system and escalate issues as necessary
      - Authorize the return of customer products for investigation and determine product replacements
      - Act as a liaison to other departments regarding product-specific issues
      - Provide guidance and training to other Technical Support personnel

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in biology, Cytotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field
      - Strong communication and computer skills, with a customer service mentality
      - Ability to troubleshoot laboratory information systems interfaces and network computers
      - Flexibility in schedule and comfort in phone communication
      - Eagerness to start a career in the diagnostics field and grow within the department

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification or equivalent
      - Experience as a Cytology Prep Technician
      - Familiarity with cytology, RT PCR, molecular, or virology
      - Bilingual (French and English) is a plus
