**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Provide troubleshooting support for conditioning and filtration products across multiple sales channels
- Ensure accurate and prompt resolution of issues via phone and email, escalating concerns as needed
- Assist customers with installation and setup of residential and commercial equipment
- Document and manage customer needs and concerns using CRM and other software tools
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to enhance products and processes
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- An associate degree or higher is preferred
- Experience with residential and commercial water filtration and conditioning systems is required
- Technical and mechanical experience in resolving product performance issues
- Master Water Specialist certification is highly desirable
- Commitment to the employer's values of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Experience in a customer service role within the water solutions industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM software and technical support processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
