What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize integrations across various platforms including Shopify, MindBody Online, and Gorgias
- Troubleshoot technical issues by reading logs and implementing effective fixes
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth integration and accountability
- Bridge backend operations with frontend experience to enhance cross-departmental collaboration
- Support Finance with data infrastructure needs for accurate reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong expertise in Shopify Plus, with experience in the US and Canada
- Technical fluency with APIs and integrations, including debugging and user acceptance testing
- Hands-on experience with customer experience, marketing, and booking platforms
- Experience in multi-location retail, hospitality, or beauty/wellness environments
- Highly organized and adaptable with strong documentation habits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with membership or subscription models and deferred revenue concepts
- Background in luxury or experiential brands
- Experience with data analytics and insights implementation
- Exposure to UX design principles
