What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver technical training classes for customers, partners, and employees across North America
- Collaborate with Training Consultants and other teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Develop, administer, and execute training events, including maintaining a lab environment
- Provide training recommendations during customer planning meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of deliverables while prioritizing tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of technical experience with ASTRO/P25 communication systems
- 5+ years of practical technical experience
- 3+ years of technical training experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associates degree in Adult Education Networking or similar
- Training Certification or Training Development Experience
- Working knowledge of voice communications systems, including VoIP Dispatch Console
- Practical experience with Dispatch Console Sites, RF Sites, and Encryption in P25 Public Safety Communications Systems
- Familiarity with Visio, MS Office, and Google Suite
