      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Technical Writer for the EITaaS program, focusing on documentation for the VDI team and other related teams
      - Plan, research, write, edit, and revise a variety of technical documents such as user guides, installation guides, and standard operating procedures
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to accurately convey product features and technical specifications
      - Maintain and update existing documentation, ensuring it reflects current product changes and is organized for easy access
      - Identify opportunities for process improvement in documentation workflows and contribute to the development of style guides

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US Citizenship required
      - 8+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field may substitute for 5 years of experience)
      - Ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance; active DoD clearance preferred
      - Experience with documentation tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
      - Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and applications
      - Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
      - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
      - Knowledge of enterprise security controls such as DISA STIGs or NIST 800-53
