What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical writing
- Exceptional writing skills and a strong understanding of technical writing principles
- Solid understanding of Generative AI principles and their application in content creation
- Strong technical aptitude to simplify complex networking technologies
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new advancements quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering innovation
- Familiarity with structured authoring environments (e.g., DITA, XML)
- Previous experience in mentoring junior writers
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to assess and balance workloads across projects
