What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop clear and detailed documentation for product features, including user guides, integration manuals, and release notes
- Review, refine, and edit existing documentation for consistency, accuracy, and clarity
- Create short demos or walkthroughs to enhance written documentation and support product understanding
- Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Integration teams to ensure documentation is accurate and approved
- Maintain content to ensure it is current and up to date
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience as a technical writer
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in creating user guides and technical manuals
- Familiarity with documentation tools and best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the technology industry
- Knowledge of content management systems or documentation software
- Ability to create engaging demos or training materials
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
