  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including developer guides and API documentation
  - Collaborate with engineers to extract and document best practices and system processes
  - Standardize documentation to enhance the productivity and efficiency of engineering teams
  - Utilize documentation tools to effectively structure and manage content
  - Identify gaps in existing documentation and work with stakeholders to address them
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Background in software development or engineering, including coding or technical problem-solving experience
  - Strong writing skills to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences
  - Familiarity with Confluence and other documentation tools
  - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  - Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in technical writing or knowledge management within an engineering context
  - Understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and workflows
  - Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
