What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Tier 1/first-level technical support for advisors and staff across various technology platforms
- Own the Tier 1 support ticket process from intake and troubleshooting to resolution
- Support the account lifecycle including opening, transfers, maintenance, and termination
- Act as the central point of contact for technology and operations within the Network Partner office
- Develop and execute a structured action plan to learn both Application Support and Operations responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology/application support, financial operations, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Black Diamond, and financial planning tools
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting advisors or client service associates in financial operations
- Familiarity with asset management applications (Vestmark) and Service Desk ticketing platforms (Zendesk)
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated initiative in building a learning plan to master both technology and operations aspects of the role
