What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Formulate business strategies and operations to develop technology capability portfolio roadmaps
- Assist in the creation and refinement of business cases for technology programs and projects
- Conduct financial forecasting and monitor portfolio-level programs and projects
- Prepare and present benefit realization analyses following project completion
- Coach and mentor entry-level Tech Business Analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field; or Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience; or High school diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience for Senior position; 7 years for Principal position
- Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile frameworks
- Experience with detailed requirements gathering and development of technology solutions
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft 365, Visio, and Microsoft Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with integrated risk management/Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications, including RSA Archer
- Familiarity with Documentum or similar document management applications
- Experience collaborating with tech leads and end-users
- Knowledge of configurable web-based platforms, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, C#, and REST APIs
- Experience with risk management and peer testing processes
