      The Technology Portfolio Manager (TPM) will be responsible to establish an overall project / program overview for the Division and work with the respective GBS-IT, DXG and Business Unit teams to seek support and approval.

      They will work with each of the LR / DXG BRM’s to get the oversight and insight in all requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. The TPM will work with the GBS-IT PMO to establish a BCD, Program/Project plan for each of the requirements and be accountable to establish an overarching portfolio view for the Division.

      The TPM will assist the respective BRM’s to help prioritize GBS’ agenda for the corresponding Business unit. He or she will work closely with the GBS-IT PMO and other PM functions in GBS to help driving the GBS programs forward (like DR, J2C, Security, OPEX and WPT) and make these an integral part of the Divisional project portfolio. He/she will drive the Technology Planning Process (TPP) with the GBS, */DXG and Divisional team together with the BRM’s.

      The ideal candidate will be curious, self-starting and motivated with excellent interpersonal, change management, project management, security, and communication skills!

      Given the role of GBS, the ideal candidate should combine experience/knowledge in operations performance improvement and technology. The successful TPM will provide pragmatic/practical portfolio overview to the client organization, feel comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, and be adept at engaging the key constituents across GBS and the client organization to deliver results. He or she will be a seasoned professional who will be trusted by both the client organization, GBS and */DXG.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
      Relationships

      • Establishes and fosters strong partnerships with GBS, the business unit and corporate department senior leaders, executives and BRM team members.

      • Develops a full understanding of enterprise and business goals and strategies.

      • Leverages those relationships, combined with business and technical expertise, to influence and deploy initiatives that maximize profitability, and efficiency, and deliver a positive client and associate experience.

      • In partnership with GBS leadership colleagues, is accountable for successful delivery and implementation of GBS solutions.

      • May direct the work of others indirectly (matrixed) to drive customer success and best in class, market-leading solutions.

      • Must be very comfortable exerting influence and authority in matrixed reporting relationships.

      Communication

      • Interfaces autonomous and effectively with diverse audiences while remaining sensitive to experiential and cultural nuances.

      • Collects and consolidates data that is relevant to the business and/or situation and presents it in a manner that is suitable for that audience.

      Expectation Management

      • Understands the business’ goals, opportunities and challenges, and organizational strategies.

      • Explicitly factors the business, enterprise, and client perspective into decision-making.

      • Manages expectations and maintains an understanding of issues that may have an impact on the delivery of GBS services to the business.

      • Proactively and continually monitors business satisfaction with GBS and provides follow-up with program/project members and tower leaders based on internal and external feedback.

      • Strong collaborator, builder of bridges in an environment where resources are shared and/or resources do not report directly to the BRM.

      • Meets regularly with corresponding team members to track successes, changes and areas needing improvements.

      • Works with team to identify challenges and continuously evolves processes and procedures to add value, and improve effectiveness, collaboration, and service.

      • Budgeting and Planning.

      • Participates in the BRM departmental budgeting and planning process by assisting GBS and finance leadership in determining the level or resources needed and the cost of services delivered to the business units. With focus area project portfolio (CAPEX).

      Qualifications:

      Education

      • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

      • Preferred: master’s degree in computer science or Information Technology.


      Experience

      • 10-15 years-of demonstrated progressive experience in IT, Program management, resource management, change and transformation management.

      • 5+ years’ experience with shared services model.

      • 5+ years management, enterprise-wide transition and/or transformation programs.

      • Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in IT transformation.

      • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex projects with diverse stakeholders.

      • Strong technical understanding of IT, protocols, and technologies.

      • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive way to managing work.

      • Excellent presentation skills, both creating slides and delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.

      • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

      • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

      • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.

      • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

      • Excellent analytical skills.

      • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

      Skills and Abilities

      • Technical Knowledge: Applies and continually expands a wide understanding of information technology (including but not limited to Cloud (Azure, AWS), Networking, Data Management, AI and how it is used to meet business objectives and address complex situations.

      • Collaboration: Partners with GBS, LR and */DXG senior leaders and associates at all levels with IT, the business and other areas of the enterprise to achieve the business needs and resolve complex issues.

      • Must bring a strong desire to grow relationships, built bridges, inspire stakeholders, and identify value.

      • Product Knowledge: Demonstrates a thorough understanding of applicable software applications and solutions that are used by the business to provide services to clients.

      • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Gathers information necessary to make quick decisions after reviewing available information and alternatives. Anticipates, identifies, eliminates, and resolves problems in a timely manner. Sees beyond immediate effects when making decisions.

      • Working Independently: Displays energy, initiative, and takes ownership for work by setting priorities and utilizing resources. Strives to overcome obstacles before escalating or seeking support.

      • Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting to a constantly changing work environment. Acts as an agent of change to improve services and implement new solutions.

      • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required. English (professional level). Additional languages are a plus.

      • Travel requirements: 10% of working time

      • Physical Demands: In occasions work during Weekends and Non-business Hours (due to global working force)
