      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore, and onshore consulting services in the Capital Markets sector
      - Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets
      - Identify and target new business opportunities to drive growth
      - Forecast, prepare bids, negotiate, and manage the entire sales cycle
      - Leverage extensive knowledge of Oracle service offerings to generate leads and submit proposals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector
      - Extensive C-level contacts and experience at a senior level
      - Proven track record of securing multi-million dollar Capital Markets services, offshoring, or outsourcing deals
      - Current experience in services and offshoring
      - Ability to generate leads and create client proposals effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing large deals and complex sales cycles in the financial services industry
      - Established network within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
      - Familiarity with technology trends impacting Capital Markets
      - Strong negotiation and communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
