- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and continuous training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and consistency
- Coachability and accountability
- Clear communication and active listening skills
- Ability to focus in a high-accountability environment, including remote work
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
