      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide hardware and software installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and upgrades for Windows and Macintosh computers across campus
      - Respond to and prioritize support issues reported to Information Technology Services, maintaining records in a centralized ticketing system
      - Offer client consultation, project management, and technical support for university projects utilizing information technology
      - Maintain an accurate asset inventory and ensure security practices for all computer systems deployed on campus
      - Create self-help documentation and provide one-on-one instruction for faculty, staff, and students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree required; must be conferred at the time of the start date
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and software support, application deployment, or computer networking
      - Valid driver's license and compliance with the university's vehicle use policy
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service
      - Competency in supporting operating systems (MacOS and Windows) and application software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Higher education experience desirable
      - Experience with TeamDynamix software
      - Knowledge of Office 365, SCCM, and JAMF
      - Familiarity with mobile operating systems (Android, iOS) and Active Directory
