      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the implementation and use of hardware and software for the assigned division, including configuration and customization of major software systems
      - Coordinate technology purchases and maintain accurate records of technology inventory to meet audit requirements
      - Provide troubleshooting support for complex technology issues, collaborating with vendors and technical staff as necessary
      - Develop technology budget requirements and monitor expenditures for the assigned division
      - Create and deliver training materials for staff on technology systems and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, or a related field; OR a two-year accredited program in information technology with three years of relevant experience
      - One year of computer/technology experience; OR three years of experience in computer/technology support, system administration, or related roles
      - Must pass job-related tests
      - A valid Washington State Driver's License may be required for employment
      - Experience in developing queries, databases, and reports for regulatory requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management principles and techniques
      - Familiarity with data management and system/database philosophy, standards, and best practices
      - Knowledge of software contract management and licensing requirements
      - Experience in technology training and curriculum development
      - Proficient in current MS Office tools and Windows desktop operating systems
