What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with SMEs and business partners to understand assigned workstreams, including Data Remediation and Integrations
- Analyze current on-prem setups and assist in the migration to the SaaS solution
- Participate in internal meetings, providing insights related to assigned workstreams
- Develop SQL queries to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions
- Prioritize tasks, identify blockers, and contribute creative solutions during the project cycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on BSA experience in an Agile/Hybrid development environment within the Banking and Client Onboarding space
- Strong understanding of Client Onboarding, KYC, and regulatory workflow setups
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with a tech-savvy approach to application integrations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams
- Previous experience with application migrations, ideally from on-prem to SaaS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in application migrations, particularly from on-prem to SaaS setups
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid development environments
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and workflow nuances
