What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process applications and feedback from potential TEDx event organizers
- Conduct web research to inform decision-making and address queries
- Communicate effectively with volunteer teams and applicants regarding the licensing process
- Assist the TEDx Licensing team with various projects as needed
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent writing, communication, and note-taking skills
- Detail-oriented and perceptive in task completion
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Fast learner of new processes and database tools, including Mac software
- Availability to work 10am-6pm ET, five full days each week
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-lingual skills are preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment
